Rules

Basic Club Rules

1. MEMBERSHIP:

  • A “membership” includes the member of record (primary member) and may
include a secondary member, most commonly a spouse, but in some cases
another adult residing at the same address as the member of record. Also
included as members, are children through age 23 years old residing at the
same address as the member of record. In addition, with each membership
comes the privilege of bringing up to six guests onto the grounds per-day
at no charge. MEMBER AS DEFINED ABOVE MUST BE PRESENT
AT ALL TIMES FOR GUESTS TO BE ON THE GROUNDS AND
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF THEIR GUESTS.

2. VISITING THE CLUB:

Member Identification
  • Primary/secondary member and children ages 16 through 23 years must show
a valid membership card with valid picture identification with address. This
address must match the member of records address. If the information is
incorrect on the membership card or the club has an incorrect address they
must be directed to the person in charge so it can be corrected.

  • Children who do not have valid picture identification with an address matching
the member of record’s address, to gain admittance to the club, must have a
dated note from the primary/secondary member stating the names of the mem-
ber’s children attending that day and the name of the person responsible for the
membership card. The person responsible for the membership card that day will
be identified by valid picture identification to the name on the note. Under this
circumstance only three guests will be allowed above and beyond the children
    and the responsible person attending.

  • In either case, if no one is at the gate, the sign-in procedure must be followed
    in the clubhouse.

Procedure for member’s guest entering club grounds
  • When a primary/secondary member and children enters the gate, they will
be identified as stated in the member identification section. At this time, any
guests who will be attending must be identified. Example: My wife and two
children are with me and I have more guests coming in two separate cars,
John Smith in one car and Sam Lewis in another car. These people will be
identified by their driver’s license to the name that was left at the gate and
then the total number of guests will be tallied. Any money due for extra
guests is to be paid prior to member leaving grounds. In the event that this
fee is not paid, the member will be invoiced. In the case that the guest name
is not on the list they will not be admitted to the club until the primary/
secondary member or children as stated in the member identification section
above arrive or adds them to the list.
